This tournament will involve a challenger selecting the weapons the fencer wants their opponent to use, or agreed between the pair, they don’t have to match. People of lower rank or experience will be encouraged to challenge first. Going from least experienced to highest rank. This is to prevent potential perception of dishonourable conduct of experienced fencers picking on newcomers for a ‘cheap win’ and to encourage newer fencers to take initiative. It will be fought as best of three, but the only ones keeping score are the populace! |
