Fox Hunt Fencing Tournament Ynys Fawr

Ynys Fawr, 3 October

Tournament

A fencing spectacle where the populous decides the winners! Join us to decide the courtliest, best attired and mightest fencers. There are wonderful prizes to be won!

The tournament format is best of three. Fencers of the least experience will be encouraged to challenge first. The challenger, or populace, will be invited to choose weapon forms for the opponent. Each fencer should have at least one opportunity to fight everyone.

For the fencers, the object of the tournament is to impress and entertain the populous, including their opponents. After bouts, or at the end of the tournament, the populous can give out one or more of their three fox head tokens (the hunt!) to the fighters. The winner of each category is the person who has the most fox heads of that category given to them by the attendees. The people have the power!
