Picnic on the Parliament Lawns

February 15th, a date to be seen, political schemes upon the green.

Glorious fights and games unfold, in gardens fair, a plot unfolds.

Join the joy, laughter to be spun, a day of revelry, for everyone.

So come ye all to parliament’s call, a medieval tournament for one and all.

When: Saturday 15th February 2025, From 11am

Where: Parliament Lawns, 1 Salamanca Place, Hobart TAS 7005

Bring a plate of food to share for lunch or afternoon tea. This is a relaxing day on the Parliament lawns and an opportunity to show case the talents and skills of Ynys Fawr and the SCA to the general public.

For clothes you need an attempt at clothes from before 1600. We also have clothes that you can borrow for the day for a small donation. Please Email Lord Frederick to request clothes at goldkeyynysfawr@gmail.com

Also bring something to sit on, like a camping chair or a picnic rug, and things to eat and drink with, such as a plate and a couple of bowls and eating utensils. 

The event will be weather dependent.
