Greetings unto this fine Barony, Ynys Fawr.
Much has occurred since last we wrote. Her Excellency Arabella has at last returned home victorious from the perilous High Tide War, bearing troubling tales of treachery and deceit from the ever scheming collegians of Passalaqua, nestled deep within the perhaps not so peaceful and mercantile Barony of St Florian. She has set quill to parchment to recount her travels in The Chronicle of High Tide III, an amusing and spirited account of the chaos and shenanigans that ensued. It is a most enjoyable read, and one we heartily recommend to any who wish to dive in.
From the Crown of Lochac came joyous news indeed, with the announcement of our successors. Lord Tosti Vicherovich Bogolyubskiy and Lady Sybil de Speresholt have been chosen to sit upon the Baronial Thrones of Ynys Fawr, to watch over her people with justice, courage, and good cheer.
By the time this missive reaches your ears, the ceremony proclaiming Lord Tosti and Lady Sybil as Lord and Lady of Ynys Fawr will have been completed—an occasion of great merriment, to be sure.
Now we turn our eyes to the path ahead, as we continue to scheme, plan, and partake in many a joyous occasion. These festivities begin with the Roman Picnic this very weekend, followed closely by the travels of Her Excellencies and the Lord and Lady Ynys Fawr to Rowany for Festival.
We look forward to all that lies ahead and to sharing these moments with our good people.
