Greetings unto this fine Barony, Ynys Fawr.
This past month has been one of great travel, from our most northern reaches for a delightful Roman Picnic,
and on to the Barony of Rowany for the highly anticipated Rowany Festival.
At the Roman Picnic in March We had the pleasure of recognising two good gentles, Lord Wulfric Hyregilda
with an Azure Pennon for their work in Armouring and Lady Trinette with a Gules Anchor for their dedicated
service to the Barony. But greatest of all We had the honour of welcoming our Heirs, the Lord and Lady of
Ynys Fawr. Lord Tosti Vicherovich Bogolyubskiy and Lady Sybil de Speresholt.
Overall, a wonderful day was had by all during the Roman Picnic. We thank all those who contributed, be it
shenanigans or plan hard work, you all made it a day to remember. We would also like to thank all those who
came along to the HAMST demo, We greatly appreciate the amount of time and effort that is required to put on
a display for the public. Hopefully we will see the results in the coming months.
Meanwhile Her Excellency Arabella made the journey to Festival for a small repast amongst good souls and
friendship. Whilst there was many a fight to be seen, and elevation to attend, there is nothing quite like
spending time amongst kindred spirits. Her favourite moments were spent alongside friends both old and new,
be it at the Clan Blue Feather Social, or by the fireside with our dear cousins of Stormhold and Krae Glas.
Travelling with only the bag on her back, Her Excellency wishes to express Her deepest gratitude to Count
Jochen who handled logistics, to Lady Michelle and Lord Valentine of the Nest who selflessly assisted in
making sure She had everything one could need to camp, to Torcaill and Lady Bee and Nimue, who aided with
transport, and to my dear cousins of Krae Glas and Stormhold who allowed me to sup at their table and keep
warm by their hearth.
Yours in service,
David and Arabella
