Borgias’ Poisoners Ball

Step into a world of ruthless ambition and treacherous schemes as you experience the intrigue of the Borgias firsthand. Revel in a night of feasting, dancing, and gaming, where only the most cunning will survive.

When: Saturday 3rd June 2023, From 5pm

Where: Glenorchy Guides Hall, Booth Avenue, Glenorchy TAS 7010

Come join us for feasting, dancing and gaming
The Borgias are back, and there will be maiming
Collect crosses or crowns – that is your mission.
A pope or a prince? – Choose your ambition

Use slyness and scheming, tactics, betrayal
Be wily and wary and you might prevail.
The brave and most cunning will likely survive,
Can you dodge the assassins and pray stay alive?

A touch on their hand or a spike in their drink
Hold their gaze and do not blink
Let nothing distract you, do not listen to lies
Be like the Borgias, eyes on the prize

What’s your ambition? How will you rule?
Your ultimate test is a poisoner’s duel
Eat, drink and make merry for by end of the ball
One of you will triumph, the rest will all fall.
