Important Changes to Events Please Read

To the Populace of Ynys Fawr I bid thee warm greetings,

 With the recent changes coming in from now through to the 1st of September 2012

I thought it prudent to give you all an update and hyperlink to the new Event Form https://ynysfawr.lochac.sca.org/files/2011/07/Event-Form-.pdf 
I would like all Stewards to begin using from the 2nd of July.

 We have just clicked over into the new Financial Year, so I would like to confirm that all Events must add 10% to the event costs before rounding up the fee to a rational price.

 When calculating the Profit/Loss please follow the following:

Income
Less GST (1/11)
Less $2 per Adult Event Member (Until the 1st of September 2012)
Less $1 Kingdom Levy per Adult
Less Expenses
Plus GST paid on expenditure from scanned receipts supplied to the Reeve.

 Just to clarify, as of the 1st of September 2012 the Non-Member Surcharge for Insurance applies to Non-Members regardless of age or participation, given what the claims in the past have involved, being that we are insuring against accidents, and they are more likely to happen to spectators and children.

Less $1 Kingdom Levy per Adult
Less Expenses
Plus GST paid on expenditure from scanned receipts supplied to the Reeve.
